    Every player gets a fair look. No politics. No shortcuts.
    ▸ Club ID Nights — Come out, play, and get seen by our coaching staff in a low-pressure environment. This is your introduction.
    ▸ Tryouts — Formal evaluations for team placement. Coaches assess technical ability, game IQ, coachability, and competitive drive.
    ▸ Team Placement — The Director of Coaching will contact you with placement after tryouts.
