The Flatirons Rush Player Pyramid starts at the foundation with the recreational program which serves as an introduction to the sport for young soccer players. In this program, children learn the basic skills of soccer and have the opportunity to develop their passion for the sport in a fun and supportive environment. The recreational program focuses on fun and introducing the core values to the players. Through participation in recreational soccer, players learn the fundamentals of the game while fostering a love for physical activity and healthy competition. The program is designed to provide equal opportunities for all players and build a love for the sport.

THE FUTURE STARS

The next step in the developmental journey is the Jr. Academy program. This program is still developmenral in structure but this is the first time players are placed on teams based on skill levels. The Jr. Academy program, offered by Flatirons Rush, is an exciting and crucial step in the developmental journey of young soccer players.

These are players last critical developmental years before they are ready to enter the USL programs.  During this crucial stage of their soccer journey, the Flatirons Rush Soccer Academy Program offers young athletes the opportunity to receive top level coaching and take their skills to the next level. The Flatirons Rush Soccer Academy Program is designed to provide young athletes with the necessary training and development opportunities to help them prepare for the 11v11 game. Players are selected for this program based on skill level. Starting at 6th grade players can attend the Flatirons Soccer School located in Superior Colorado.

THIS IS WHERE PROS ARE MADE

At u13 players get the first opportunity to participate in the prestigious Flatirons FC USL Academy program, a pathway for young soccer players to develop their skills and pursue their dreams of playing at the professional level. The goal of the Flatirons FC USL Academy program is not just to create the best players, but to foster an environment where all players can grow to their highest potential. The program aims to be a holistic development platform, providing players with World class coaching, professional scheduling, and comprehensive support structures. Through the Flatirons FC USL Academy partnership players are given opportunities to travel, compete internationally, and gain exposure to higher levels of competition being seen by Professional Scouts and College Coaches. The program recognizes the importance of individual player development and focuses on creating a positive and nurturing environment for each player to thrive.

The annual USL Academy Cup is a highlight of this program , providing a platform for players to showcase their skills against some of the top youth teams in the country.
