PROGRAM OVERVIEW

A Pivotal Stage in the Pathway

The U11–U14 program transitions players into competitive soccer, with growth in the technical, tactical and mental sides of the game. Players bridge foundational skills with more advanced play, preparing for higher levels of competition.

It is built on the Irons Mentality: resilience, determination and growth, so every player develops the confidence and skills to succeed on and off the field.

What Sets This Program Apart

2–3 Practices Per Week
Train with professional coaches dedicated to technical and tactical improvement, building individual skills, teamwork and decision-making.
1–2 Competitive Games Per Week
Compete in the Colorado Soccer Association (CSA) League against top teams in the region and apply what you learn in match settings.
2–3 Tournaments Per Year
Local and regional tournaments build teamwork, adaptability and a winning mindset.
Focused Skill Development
Advanced technical skills, game intelligence and teamwork. Players learn to read the game and adapt to different styles of play.
Pathway to Higher Levels
Prepares players for the next stages, including the USL Academy and beyond, with exposure to higher-level competition.

Tryouts Take Place in Spring

Tryouts are required for the U11–U14 program so every player is placed on a team that matches their current skill level, development goals and growth path.

AFTER TRYOUTS
Placement notice. Players receive their team placement and program details.
Season details. Practice schedules, tournaments and expectations.
