California Southern University(CalSouthern) offers Flatirons Rush Pro Development Soccer Club team members and staff reduced tuition.

(Nov 13, 2023 – Arvada,CO) California Southern University, a member of the American InterContinental University System (AIUS), has announced an educational alliance with the Colorado Flatirons Rush Pro Development Soccer Club.

California Southern University is offering a reduced tuition grant to qualified athletes, staff, and members of the Colorado Flatirons Soccer Club community. Eligible members who apply and are accepted will receive a grant that reduces tuition to $250/credit hour to continue or begin their college education at CalSouthern.

“California Southern is excited to provide an educational avenue to eligible athletes, members, and staff. With our online programs and the reduced tuition grant, we anticipate that more young athletes will pursue their dream of higher education,” states Walid Kaakoush, Vice President of Education Alliance Center, California Southern University.

The Colorado Flatirons Rush Pro Development Soccer Club is the only club of its kind in Colorado. The club competes in the United States Soccer League Two (USL2), the top pre-professional league in America and offers its members a path to pro soccer. "Our club is very fortunate to have partnered with CalSouthern University, giving our players, coaches, staff, referees, and other club members the opportunity to get a 4-year degree within our club setting, this truly a game changer, and for many it will be a life-changing opportunity.
